All of my materials are natural and organic wool and cotton, aside from the soft stuffing in the monsters (I am looking for a replacement currently).

The monsters work great as soft heating pads and cooling pads.

To heat, placee in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time. They can also be placed in the oven on warm setting (150-170 degrees F). Check every time 5 minutes until it reaches the dired temperature. As a cold press, place in the freezer wrapped in a plastic bag for at least 30 minutes.

The monsters are spot clean only. Dip a cloth or towel in a mild soap, dab at soiled area, and let air dry. They are not suitable for the washer (rice will become soggy and unusable).

Yes! The weight blankets can be machine washed and dried on the delicate setting.
